Return & Replacement Policy

At Dezonblu, every piece is handcrafted with love and care. Because our products are handmade and often personalized, we have specific guidelines for returns and replacements:

1. Returns

• Handmade Nature: Since each item is unique, slight variations in color, wood grain, and brushstrokes are expected and are not considered defects.

• Eligibility: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" once an order has been shipped.

• Personalized Items: Custom-made products (like name hangings or specific color requests) are non-returnable.

2. Replacements (Damages & Issues)

Your satisfaction is our priority. We will offer a free replacement only if:

• The product arrives damaged during transit.

• You receive the wrong item.

To claim a replacement:

1. You must record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This is mandatory to verify transit damage.

2. Email the video and photos of the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the crafting process has not begun.
